How long will my shutters take to be delivered once I’ve ordered them?
Delivery times are usually around 8-9 weeks, although around Chinese New Year this is extended.
What louvre width should I order for my window shutters?
Window shutters come with many options, one of these being Louvre widths with 47mm, 63mm, 76mm, 89mm and 114mm. The range gives you options over privacy and light. The narrower louvres provide more privacy, but the wider ones allow more light in and give a more open feel. There are a few considerations to take into account when choosing the most appropriate width, depending on your window sizes and styles, so it is best to discuss this with one of our qualified designers.

Do your shutters come in different colours?
Our shutters are available in a wide range of 30 standard paint colours, 24 stain colours, but if you have a particular colour in mind we can also custom-paint your shutters for you.
How do I look after my window shutters?
Window shutters are very easy to maintain. Simply run a feather duster over them or use a damp cloth or sponge.
What are your payments terms?
Our payment terms are 50% when you place your order, with the balance due after installation when you are happy with everything.
